Where the company was on the Register on or before 11th August 2010, the fee is payable on or before 30th June each year.

Where the company was on the Register after 11st August 2010 the fee is payable each year on or before the last day of the month in which the company was registered.

Section 113(1) states that if a company fails to pay its Annual Fee under Section 112 within 30 days of its due date, the Commission will commence strike off proceedings.
