There shall be paid to the Commission the following fees: |

| 20 year long term company | 2,000.00 | |
| b: | Upon the registration of an amendment to the constitution of a company | 50.00 |
| c: | Upon the registration of articles or merger or consolidation or articles of arrangement | 500.00 |
| d: | Upon the issue of a permit to continue a company under this Act (IC) | 150.00 |
| e: | Upon the issue of a certificate of continuation of a company under this Act | 100.00 |
| f: | Upon the registration of articles of dissolution | 100.00 |
| g: | Upon the registration of a resolution rescinding articles of dissolution | 100.00 |
| h: | Upon the issue of a certificate of good standing | 25.00 |
| i: | Upon the issue of a copy or extract, whether or not certified, or document or a part of a document | 25.00 |
| j: | For the issue of a replacement document or certificate | 25.00 |
| k: | Upon the issue of a certificate of change name | 100.00 |
