Starting on 15 July 2024 all new application for incorporation of local companies must
provide the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(S) details and documents requested as outlined in
the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) form to the Registrar of Companies for review.
We require the information about Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) of local companies provided
to us from 15 July 2024 and there on.
The Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) form can be downloaded from the www.vfsc.vu website.
Please use one form per ultimate beneficial owner.
